Model Context Protocol

Your agent asks.
eAutomate stays in control.

Work in Grok, Cowork, Manus, or any MCP client you already use. Ask about the business. On the next request, eAutomate carries the work out. Orders, invoices and the rest of the sensitive record stay inside the platform, under the same identity and permissions as the person signed in.

  • One security model on every call
  • Read first. Write on the next request.
  • ISO 27001-aligned, UK-hosted, GDPR-ready
Two requests

Ask which orders need invoicing.
Then tell him to process them.

A Grok agent asks first. eAutomate answers from the live orders and does not write. The invoices are raised only when the next request says to go ahead, and only because that sign-in is allowed to raise them. Switch the application. The controller does not change.

You send each request.

Illustration. The customers, order numbers and invoice numbers are examples. The control is the real model: the outside application asks, and eAutomate decides.

    The controller

    Sensitive data meets the agent
    inside eAutomate.

eAutomate is at the forefront of enterprise-grade, agent-first technology. The agent is not a plugin on someone else’s database. The platform holds the record, the process and the permission. MCP is how another application is allowed to ask.

    1

    The application you use

Grok, Cowork or Manus holds the conversation. It does not hold a copy of the ledger, and it does not get a database login. It sends a request through MCP and receives the answer that request is allowed to receive.

    2

    The same security model

Every call is made as a known person. Identity, roles and permissions are defined once and enforced across every module, portal, agent and API. An MCP client does not get a quieter door.

    3

    The process, then the audit

CRPA carries out the work: find the delivered orders, raise the invoices, post them to eFinance, mark the orders invoiced. The step is deterministic, and the audit trail records who asked and what was written.

    What crosses the door

    The answer leaves.
    The record stays.

    What Grok is given

Only the answer to the request, for the role that asked.

    • Which delivered orders are not yet invoiced
    • The customer, the amount and the order number
    • On the next request, the invoice numbers that were raised

    What stays in eAutomate

The system of record does not move to the chat application.

    • Contacts, contracts and the customer history
    • The ledger, nominals and eFinance
    • Bank and payment details
    • Who else may see the order, and who may write

The same door covers the rest of the work eAutomate already runs. A question, a permission check, then a process. The language model handles the conversation. CRPA handles the books.

    Chase what is overdue

Ask which invoices are late. The next request can start the chase. The customer record and the balance stay in eAutomate.

    Renew a subscription

Ask what is due to renew. The next request raises it through the subscription process, as that sign-in is allowed.

    Open the case

Ask what is waiting on a contact. The next request opens the case on the live record, with the audit beside it.

These follow the same control as the invoicing demo. They are not a second login, and they are not a copy of the data in the chat.

See it on your own orders.

Book a discovery meeting. We connect the MCP client you already use, and eAutomate remains the controller for the sensitive work.
